• Coolify / Hetzner — Our hosting provider. Server-level access logs may be retained per their standard policies.

Hamilton Development Company and the products we operate — including Stowlane, our self-storage management software — may send SMS/text messages to individuals who have opted in to receive them.

• Consent is optional. Opting in to text messages is voluntary and off by default. It is never required to use, purchase, or continue using any product or service, and is not a condition of any transaction (including, in Stowlane, renting a unit or making a payment).
• Message types. Messages are transactional account and service notifications only — for example, in Stowlane, storage-account notices such as payment receipts, rent reminders, past-due notices, and autopay alerts, sent by a storage operator to their own opted-in tenant about that tenant's own unit. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under these programs.
• Frequency & rates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out / help. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
• We do not sell or share mobile consent data. Mobile opt-in information and SMS consent data are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. A mobile number is shared only with our SMS delivery provider, Twilio, acting solely as our service provider to transmit these messages.
